Have you noticed that people seem to be acting a bit strange lately? They’re having trouble finishing sentences, they’re not able to maintain eye contact, and they’re just generally not their normal selves.
It’s true: People are acting weird. This isn’t just in your imagination — it’s actually happening. Why is everyone acting so strange?
Well, the answer is simple: It’s because of Donald Trump.
Donald Trump is running for president of the United States. He has no experience in government and no foreign policy knowledge whatsoever. He has said things that are racist, sexist, and xenophobic (and often all three at once). He has said he wants to deport all 11 million undocumented immigrants from the United States and build a wall along our southern border with Mexico.
He has proposed deporting more than 3 million U.S.-born children whose parents entered this country illegally (and their parents too). And yet he still leads in Republican primary polls by double digits nationally and in many states with upcoming primaries or caucuses. In fact, he won Massachusetts by a landslide on Super Tuesday — even though most Massachusetts Republicans do not support him in any way at all!
