The first is that the battery level is low. You can test this by trying to charge the battery (if it’s not already charging). If it charges and stays on, then you just need to replace the battery. If you have issues charging or replacing the battery, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
The second is that your bracelet has lost connection with the app. This can happen when you are in an area with poor cell service or if you are traveling out of range from your phone’s Bluetooth signal. To reconnect, go into your settings and make sure that your bracelet is paired with your phone again. You should also check to make sure that all of your devices have Bluetooth turned on!
