Many phones have a feature that automatically stops recording when your memory is full. This can be annoying if you’re trying to capture something and don’t notice that your phone stopped recording. You may also notice this behavior if you are using a third-party camera app to record video.

To prevent your phone from stopping recording, try the following steps:

If your phone’s camera app has any settings, check them to make sure “stop recording” isn’t turned on. If there is no option for this setting, it may be part of the native camera app or another third-party app you’re using. If so, please contact the manufacturer of your phone or the developer of the app for more help with this issue.

If you have multiple apps running in the background while recording video, they can use up memory quickly and cause your phone to stop recording automatically. Try closing any other apps that are running in the background before starting to record video again.
