The first possibility is that your headphones are faulty. If you can’t hear the music at all, or the sound quality is extremely poor, then this may be the issue. You should look into getting a new pair of headphones – but if that’s not possible then there are other ways to fix the problem.
Another possibility is that your smartphone is causing interference in your headphones. This could be due to a number of different factors including the amount of background noise or interference from other radio signals in your area.
If you have an older smartphone then it might be worth considering upgrading to a newer model if you want better sound quality from your headphones. The newer models tend to have better hardware and software than older models which can affect how well things work together on older hardware platforms such as Windows XP or macOS Sierra 10.12+.
The third possibility is that there is something wrong with your computer or laptop. If this is the case then you should contact technical support to get them fixed as soon as possible so that you can use them properly again!
