I’m a woman who has always dated younger guys. I’m not sure why, but it’s been happening for years and I’ve accepted it as part of my life.

I don’t know if I’m just attracted to them or if they’re attracted to me because I’m older and more mature than most women their age. But whatever the case may be, I’ve noticed that my dating pattern has become a bit of an enigma.

While many people find it strange that I date guys who are often 10 years younger than me, there are some reasons why this might happen:

Men feel safer around older women because we’re more confident, secure and less flighty than younger women. This is especially true when men enter their 30s, which is when many start feeling like they need to settle down and start a family — something that’s often easier for an older woman to do than someone in her 20s or 30s.

Younger men are often more open-minded about dating someone older than themselves because they don’t care about age as much as other factors such as personality and compatibility.

A lot of young men don’t want to date girls their own age because they feel intimidated by them — especially when it comes.
