Star Platinum is the Stand of Jotaro Kujo. It is the primary weapon used by Jotaro in his battle against DIO.

Star Platinum is a Stand bound to Joseph Joestar’s bloodline and its first appearance was in Stardust Crusaders.

It has the appearance of a tall man with long blond hair, dressed in a black suit with a white shirt and tie. In both manga and anime versions, Star Platinum has been colored yellow, but this is not consistent throughout all media it appears in.

In Part 2 of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Battle Tendency, it was revealed that Joseph had a Stand ever since he was young and that he lost it during his fight against DIO. This would imply that the color change of Star Platinum was due to some sort of power loss or weakening of its abilities.
