I’m not sure if you’re talking about your arms or your biceps, but I’ll answer both.
I’m a skinny guy myself and I’ve been working out for nearly a year now. My main goal is to gain muscle mass, so I’ve been doing lots of heavy compound lifts like squats, deadlifts, bench press and shoulder press, as well as isolation exercises like curls and triceps extensions.
I’ve noticed that my biceps seem to get bigger every week and my arms have gotten considerably thicker than they used to be, but they’re still not where I want them to be.
I’m wondering why this is happening? Why are my arms getting bigger but not my entire body?
