Syntha-6 is a great way to get your daily dose of protein. But when should you take it? The answer is whatever works best for you.
As a general rule, you want to consume protein within 30 minutes of finishing your workout and after 5-6 hours of sleep. This ensures that you are taking in the proper amount of amino acids (the building blocks of protein) to repair and build muscle.
If you’re trying to gain weight or build muscle, then you will want to consume more than one serving per day – preferably two or three servings per day. However, if your goal is weight loss or fat loss, then try not to consume more than one serving per day (or only one serving after your workout).
