What Kind Of Mayonnaise Does Burger King Use?

McDonald’s and Burger King mayonnaise is made in the same factory. The factories are owned by Unilever, the company that owns Hellman’s mayonnaise and Ben & Jerry’s ice cream.

The factory produces all three brands in one facility. It’s located in New Jersey and has been producing mayonnaise since 1939.

Mayonnaise is made with eggs and oil, which are blended together before being mixed with vinegar, lemon juice or other acidic ingredients to make it thick.

Mayonnaise can be made from either vegetable oils or animal fats, but most commercially sold mayonnaise is made from soybean oil, palm oil or rapeseed oil. Some brands also contain sunflower oil or safflower oil.
