What Is Your Favorite Exercise?

I would have to say that my favorite exercise is the squat. It’s a simple movement, but one that can be extremely effective.

The squat is a full-body exercise that works your thighs, glutes and core. It can be performed with dumbbells or a barbell, and you can adjust the weight to suit your fitness level.

Squats are great for building muscle mass in the lower body, improving flexibility and increasing cardiovascular endurance. They also help improve balance and coordination!

But most importantly, squats are easy to do at home or at the gym!
