Cheesecake is delicious! It’s creamy, sweet and full of flavor. You can make it with different toppings, like chocolate or fruit. You can even make it in a cupcake shape like these adorable mini cheesecakes from The Chunky Chef.

My grandmother makes the most amazing cheese cakes ever! She has been making them for as long as I can remember and I’ve never ever had one that wasn’t amazing!

She uses a recipe that she got from her mom who got it from her mom, so it’s almost 100 years old and still going strong!

I have been trying to recreate the recipe but have not been able to get close yet. Maybe it’s because my oven isn’t nearly as good as hers, or maybe I don’t get all the ingredients quite right, but they just don’t taste like hers do.

I think part of the problem is that I am used to making regular cheesecakes and not no-bake ones like she makes – those are harder than they look! But whatever the reason, they don’t come close at all to hers which really sucks because I love cheesecake so much and want to be able to make them for myself whenever.
