Well, I’m 5’4″ and 130 lbs. I have a pretty small frame, so it just depends on how you carry your weight. If you are naturally curvy, then yes, you can look really good at that weight.
If you are carrying a lot of muscle mass, then yes, you can look good at that weight.
If you are carrying around a lot of fat, then no, you won’t look good at that weight.
I think it’s more important to be healthy than it is to be thin. I would rather be at a healthy weight and not have my ribs showing than be at a “normal” weight and feel unhealthy and not enjoy life because I’m too busy worrying about what everyone else thinks of me (because they’re always thinking about themselves anyway).
So yeah, if you want to lose some weight or gain some muscle mass or whatever else, go ahead! Just make sure that it’s for yourself and not for anyone else because there is no one else who can make that decision for you except yourself!
