This is a question that I get asked a lot and the answer is actually very simple.
Neon green is an extremely bold color. It’s very striking and noticeable, so you want to make sure that whatever you choose to wear with it complements it instead of overwhelming it.
So what color shoes should you wear with neon green? As long as they’re not the same shade or darker than the dress, then it will look great!
For example: If your dress is a deep emerald green, then any shoe that matches that shade would look good (black leather pumps, for example). Or if your dress is a bright lime green with yellow undertones, then something similar like yellow heels or brown booties would be great!
