Yes, 64 degrees is hot.

If you don’t believe me, try walking outside in the middle of winter in your shorts and tank top and tell me if it’s not too cold.

If it’s not too hot, then it’s just right. If it’s too hot, then it’s too hot. If you’re going out with friends who are wearing long sleeves and jeans, then they’re probably crazy people who are trying to kill themselves by running around in the sun all day.

It all depends on how you feel about the temperature. If you’re used to walking around in shorts and a tank top all year round, then you might think 64 degrees is cold because your blood has thickened up over time due to exposure to heat. But if you’ve been living in a cave for the past few months with no exposure to sunlight, then your blood has thinned out due to lack of exposure to heat, which means you might think 64 degrees is actually quite warm!

Either way, I think it’s great that we live in a country where we can enjoy the outdoors so much!
