If you’ve been blocked from your PayPal account, it can be a pain to get back in. However, there are a few things you can do to try and unblock the account and get back using it.
If you don’t know why your account is blocked, then first use the “I forgot my password” option on the login page for PayPal to reset your password. This will help rule out any problems with your login credentials. If this doesn’t work, then try contacting PayPal directly by clicking on “Get Help” on the homepage and then choose “Contact Us” from the drop-down menu that appears next to “Need help?” in blue text at the top of the page.
Once you’ve contacted PayPal, they should be able to tell you what’s going on with your account and whether or not they need additional information from you before they can unblock it.
