How to Switch From Trip Meter to Odometer
If you want to switch from the trip meter to the odometer, you can use your car’s trip reset button. This will allow you to reset the trip meter back to zero and start over again.
To reset your car’s trip meter, look for a button with numbers on it near the speedometer or tachometer gauge in your dashboard, windshield or console.
