This method is one of the most popular ways to smoke meth because it’s cheap, simple and easy. All you need is a light bulb and some meth.

Step 1: Gather your supplies

A light bulb with an incandescent filament (a regular household bulb). Halogen bulbs are not suitable for this method.

Methamphetamine crystals, powder or shards. It’s not necessary to have an exact measurement; just eyeball it so that you have about as much as a quarter-sized pinch in your fingers or less. You can use more or less depending on how strong you want the high to be.

Step 2: Heat up your glass pipe

Heat up your glass pipe over an open flame until it’s glowing red hot at the tip. Allow it to cool down once again before proceeding to the next step.

Step 3: Add some water to your bowl piece

Add about 10 ml of water into a bowl piece (or what would be the bowl if you were smoking marijuana out of a pipe). Insert your light bulb into this makeshift bong, making sure that there aren’t any gaps between the bulb and the bowl piece where smoke could escape prematurely.
