Amazon has recently added a feature to Prime Video that allows users to sign in with their Amazon account and access all of their content on any device. This can be useful if you have multiple devices and want to use the same account across all of them, but it can also be annoying if you just want to watch one show without being signed in.

Saying goodbye to your streaming devices

To get rid of the issue of having to sign in every time you want to watch something on your TV or other streaming device, you will need to turn off the “Auto Sign In” feature.

This is located under Settings > Accounts > Amazon Auto Sign In.

You can then select the option for “Off” and close out of the settings menu. You should now be able to navigate around freely without having to enter any login information each time you want to use your device.
