There are some things that you need to know about this speaker before using it and one of them is how to reset it when something goes wrong.

If you aren’t able to turn on your speaker or if it doesn’t respond when you press the buttons, then you may have to reset it. This can be done by following these steps:

1. Unplug the power cord from the back of the speaker unit and plug it back in after 30 seconds.
2. Press and hold down both volume buttons for 5 seconds until two white lights flash simultaneously followed by a single red light flashing every 5 seconds until all lights go out (this takes about 30 seconds).
