You can put Photoshop on a flash drive, but you can’t use it. You’ll get an error message saying that the license for Photoshop is not valid for the computer you’re using. That’s because Adobe doesn’t allow you to copy the program to another computer without buying another license.
The reason is simple: Adobe makes most of its money selling software licenses, not selling software. If they allowed you to install their programs on as many computers as you like, they’d be cutting into their own profits.
You can still transfer your files between computers using a flash drive or external hard drive, though — just don’t expect them to work perfectly with any other computer but the one they were created on.
