If you live in a country where there is no access to the internet, or you want to play ESO offline, you will need to download and install the game from Steam.
If you already have an account on Steam, simply log in and go to ‘Library’, then find Elder Scrolls Online and click ‘Install Game’. If not, then create a free account at.
Once you have logged into Steam, click on ‘Library’ or type in ‘Elder Scrolls Online’ in the search bar on the top right of your screen. Select the game from the list that appears and click ‘Install Game’. This will begin downloading ESO. Once it has finished, you can launch it by double clicking on it in your Library.
