Honda Odyssey is a minivan manufactured by Honda, sold in the United States, Canada and Mexico. Produced from 1994 to 2001 as the first generation Odyssey and from 2000 to 2006 as the second generation Odyssey, it was redesigned for 2007 as a mid-size crossover SUV.
The first-generation Odyssey was available only with front-wheel drive. The second generation Odyssey has been available with all-wheel drive since its launch in 2000. Both generations were also offered with optional side curtain airbags and a driver’s knee airbag.
The second-generation model was designed by Takayuki Yamamoto at Honda R&D Americas design studio in Los Alamos, California, while the third generation was designed by Maya Hasegawa at Honda R&D Americas design studio in Raymondville, Texas.
