Mophie cases are great for keeping your iPhone safe, but they can be a bit tricky to get out of. The good news is that there’s only one trick to it: you just need to know what to do.
First, make sure your phone is fully charged and you have enough battery left to use it for a minute or two after taking it out of the case. Then, hold down the power button until the screen turns off; if you’re using an iPhone 7 or 7 Plus, hold down the side button until it turns off as well (you don’t have to do this on other models).
Next, insert something thin into the Lightning port on your iPhone. Push gently until you feel resistance — then pull up while continuing to push gently. If that doesn’t work, try turning your phone around so that the bottom of your device faces up instead of down.
Finally, if neither of those things worked for you, try pushing down on both ends of the top part of your case (where it connects with your phone) at once. This should force your phone out of its casing and give you access to its home button and camera lens (if applicable).
