If you have a SIM card stuck in your phone or tablet, don’t panic. There’s a simple solution to get the SIM card out and back in again.

If it’s a nano-SIM card, simply use the tip of a knife or other thin object to push it out from the top of your device. If it’s a micro-SIM card, then you’ll need to remove the back cover of your device first and then use the same method as above.

If you’re still having trouble getting your SIM out because it’s stuck fast, there are some further options available to you. You can try using an alcohol wipe or nail polish remover on it to loosen any lumps of dirt or debris that might be holding it in place. Another option is using a toothpick or needle to push it back into place from underneath.

If all else fails, then head down to your local Apple store or go online and order yourself another SIM card (or two) so that you aren’t inconvenienced by this problem again!
