If you want to connect your Samsung Blu-ray player to your TV wirelessly, you need a wireless adapter that plugs into the back of your TV. The adapter is then connected to the player via an HDMI cable.
- Connect the wireless adapter to the back of your TV with an HDMI cable. Plug the other end of the cable into one of the HDMI ports on your Blu-ray player.
- Turn on both devices and select Wireless mode on your Blu-ray player by pressing “Home” and then selecting “Connections.” Press “OK” when prompted for a new network name. Enter a name for your network, such as “Samsung,” then press “Enter.” Press “Enter” again when prompted for a password; enter “0000.” Select “Wireless Settings” from the menu that appears, then select “Wireless Network Setup.”
- Select “Scan” from the menu that appears and wait while it searches for available networks within range. When it finds one, select it and enter its password if necessary (this will be printed on its packaging). Select “Apply” when prompted to confirm the connection setup process has finished successfully, then select “Exit”
