eBay allows you to change your user ID and password, but not your profile picture. You can only change the profile picture from the account management screen on the eBay website (see Resources).

To change your user ID on eBay, log in to your account and click “Account,” then “Edit User Information.” Enter your new user ID and click “Save Changes.” You cannot edit your email address, phone number or physical address.

To change your password, log in to your account and click “Account,” then “Edit Profile.” Enter your new password twice, then click “Save Changes”

How to change your eBay profile picture

You can change your eBay profile picture at any time. When you change it, the old one will be automatically archived. You’ll see a message telling you that your new photo has been uploaded and the old one has been archived.

To change your photo:

Go to My eBay > Account > Personal information. Under My profile photo, click Change photo. To select a photo from your computer, click Choose file, then find and select the file you want to use. Click Upload new photo. To take a new photo directly from your computer’s camera or webcam, click Take a new photo, then follow the on-screen instructions. When you’re finished editing the new image, click Save changes
