In order to add a profile picture on Snapchat, you need to have the latest version of the app. If you have an older version of Snapchat (the one that was released before the update), you will not see the option to add your own photo as your profile picture. So, if you haven’t updated yet and want to see how it works, go to your App Store or Google Play Store and look for Snapchat updates.

Once you’ve updated the app, go back to your profile page and tap on “Change Nickname.” This option is located in the upper left corner of your screen. Once there, tap on “Edit Nickname,” then type in your new name and tap on “Done.”

After that, tap on “Change Picture” in order to upload a new picture as your profile pic. You can either take a new photo or use an existing one from your camera roll or gallery by tapping on their respective buttons at the bottom of the screen. If needed, use pinch-to-zoom gestures in order to adjust its size and position before saving it as your new profile picture.
