How Much Should A 15 Year Old Bench?

Bench press is one of the most popular exercises among men of all ages. It works on the chest, shoulders, triceps and abs. It is also considered to be one of the best weightlifting exercises for building muscle mass.

As a beginner, you should start with light weights until you get used to it. Once you’re comfortable, then you can start increasing the weight. If you want to build muscle mass, then you need to lift heavier weights than what your body can handle. When you reach your limit and cannot lift more weight, that’s when you need to stop and rest for a few minutes before trying again.

However, if you are just trying to improve your strength level for aesthetic purposes or just because it feels good to do so, then I would suggest lifting lighter weights with higher reps (10-15). This will help build endurance as well as increase your overall strength levels while keeping your muscles strong enough so they don’t get damaged during workouts.
