There are three tolls along the way: the Delaware River Bridge, the Betsy Ross Bridge and the Baltimore Harbor Tunnel.
The Delaware River Bridge, which is part of I-95 and connects Philadelphia and Camden, New Jersey, has a $1.50 toll. The toll is collected in both directions.
The Betsy Ross Bridge, which is also part of I-95, crosses the Delaware River between Philadelphia and Chester, Pennsylvania. The bridge charges a $1 toll in both directions as well.
The Baltimore Harbor Tunnel is located along I-895 in Maryland’s Baltimore area and connects to I-95 near Baltimore City Hall. This tunnel has a $4 toll for all traffic that enters it from the eastbound side; there is no toll when entering from the westbound side.
