How Many Syllables Is Everything?

The answer to this question is that “Everything” has one syllable.

In English, the word “everything” can be treated as a single word or as two separate words (everything and everything).

If you say “I have everything I need,” you’ll use two separate words: “I have” and then “everything I need.” But if you say “I have everything,” it will sound like one word — “Ihaveeverything.”

The same holds true for other languages. In Spanish, for example, the phrase “todo lo que tiene” means “all that he has.” And in German, the phrase “alles hat er gesehen” means “he has seen everything.”
