It depends on the purchase. If you’re buying a new iPhone XS, it can take up to two weeks. If you’re ordering a replacement battery for your iPhone 6, it’ll be ready within 24 hours.
The best way to know exactly when to expect your order is to sign up for Order Status emails or use the Apple Store app on your iPhone or iPad. You’ll receive updates once your order has been placed and when it’s being processed.
Order Status emails are sent from My Orders > Processing and include details about your order status and estimated delivery date. You can also check on your order in the Apple Store app by tapping on My Account > Orders and then tapping View Details for each order. If an order has been shipped but not yet delivered, you’ll see a tracking number in the Order Details section of the App Store app’s Order History page that lets you follow its progress through UPS or FedEx.
