Savitar is a speedster, which means he can run faster than the speed of sound and move at speeds only thought possible by the Flash and other super-fast heroes.
Speedsters have been around since the Golden Age of comics in the 1940s, but it wasn’t until Barry Allen (the Silver Age Flash) was introduced that they became well known to the general public. Barry’s powers come from his connection to the Speed Force, a mysterious energy source that allows him to travel at superhuman speeds.
The best part about superheroes is that no matter how fast they are or how strong their abilities are, there’s always someone faster or stronger out there waiting for them. And in this case, it’s Savitar!
